The Association at the Guilford Yacht Club is
responsible for the operation and management of the
common facilities and property interests of the unit
owners. The Unit Owners are comprised of the individual
slip owners of the Guilford Yacht Club. The Association
is governed by a board of directors who are elected by
the unit owners to serve a three year term. The Board
of Directors meet at 7:00 pm on the first Monday of each
month at the Guilford Yacht Club.
